New themes/skins for windows vista.

I'm looking for a new theme/skin for windows vista, and I found some, but how do i install/use them?

theming vista is a bit more complicated than xp, i remember theming mine when my lappy was vista,i had problems, anyway
with vista you have to download and use VistaGlazz

i used vista inspirat 2, its the nicest one. Then you could just google vista backgrounds, looks pretty close to the real thing
