New To Forum Need Help

hey i just bought a ACER ASPIRE ..M5100 .... with a 24" LCD screen and i am getting a second screen do i need to upgrade anything on my computer to have both screens run smoothly/???

Depends on which video card you have. Does it have 2 ports to plug in two monitors? The newer ones usually do...

Well, I'm sure you can get both screens to run smoothly with any video card with dual outputs... it just depends on what resolution and color depth you want to run at.

And if you have the drivers installed. I don't see a reason why it won't run smooth.
