You'll need a stronger GPU than an APU to run it on high.

You'll also want a better PSU than the one that comes with that case.
 
That's a pretty weak CPU at this point in the game. It should run League OK since it's not that intensive of a game.

Just for additional longevity of your computer you'd at least want one with 2 modules (4 core) which also come with additional iGPU shaders (more graphical performance).
 
I would suggest a minimum of an a8 6600K for LoL. Its pretty much the same as my GPU, maybe a bit worse, and i get 60 fps on very high, but no shadows
