New to iPOD mini.(USB questions and others.)

Hi,

I just got my new iPOD mini 6GB.

I've a couple of questions.
-They said we need to have a high-power usb 2.0 port. What is that? Is my usb 2.0 on my laptop high power? or low-power?

-What if I put it in USB 1.0 port? Is it going to work? Or it will damaged my iPOD?

-They said within one hour, it will be 80% charged. And it will be fully charged after 4 hours. What if forgot to disconnect and charged for 10 hours? is it going to damage my iPOD?

-The battery is not removable...what if the battery die(Like completly die, not work even after recharging)? How do I replace the battery? If the battery die then I've to throw it into the garbage??

i wouldnt know laptops have high-power or low-power USB ports, do you have a 2.0 port on your laptop? and i doubt it would hurt you ipod, if you over charged it, it could, i dont know.
 
You can plug it in the usb 1.0 and still be able to transper mp3 files, its just slower. If you mean to charge the player useing usb 1.0 than i am not sure.

don't worry about the battery just yet. The chances are they are gona outlast the player it self, depanding how hard you use it.

1.) any usb slot will work just fine
2.)No, it is safe.
3.)No
4.)I the battery dies you have to take it into the ipod store to get it serviced, but i wouldnt worry about it.
