New TV Card - Picture all jumpy? Graphics Card?

Hi to everyone. Installed new TV card and software but the picture and sound are all jumpy. Had the the same problem with a game I had a few years ago. Would this be related to my graphics card? I think I have an nViddia FX5200 (which I think has DirectX9.0) Where can I find what graphics cars I have in Device Manager? Any suggestions would be greatly recieved. Cheers and Merry Christmas

The graphics card really doesn't matter with a capture card, as long as it supports video overly(which I'm sure that one does) If there's a sound problem as well, it's almost certinally not the video card.

If you want to check your video card, it's located in device manager under Display Addaptors.

I'd try other drivers, and to use RCA input(assuming you're using coax/cable)
