New video card issue. Help please.

Just put in a new vid card (3d fusion geforce 6200 128mb pci). When displaying some pics it looks as if I have dead pixels. I upgraded the nvidia drivers to no avail.

I open up a program and the image for that program will have spots throughout(no patterns). But my desktop background has no problems. I have about 1 icon on my desktop that has this problem and all others do not. Very strange and Its driving me nuts...


Any help?
 
Update. I tried changing monitors, cables, resolution settings and ports(dvi and vga)... Same issue.

Please help.
