New video card, odd message at start-up, Although No negative effect?

Hey folks quick question,

I upgraded from a pci ati 9250 to pci diamiond x1550 a while back and every time i restart or start up my computer i get this odd message...(pic below)

anybody familar with how to get it to stop? I mean the drivers are already installed so what is it asking for, should i have not installed the ones from the CD and use the just "let windows get them" selection.

Just to be clear everything works fine, little things like this just get to me after awhile...

PCI to PCI bridge, update your motherboard chipset drivers.

how come i never saw this message with my fist graphics card?

EDIT: I went to the intel site and downloaded the latest chipset driver and upon reboot i recieved the same message...any other ideas????
