New Video Card or more RAM?

Hey all, I gotta (stupid) question.

I want to buy Test Drive Unlimited when it comes out, and I just installed the BETA version to play some of it before i bought it. When i clicked to open it, it said NOT ENOUGH SYSTEM MEMORY! .. darn.

My question is, will i need a Gig of ram, or a 7950GT video card, to run this game better? I want awesome graphics and such.

I have 256mb shared NVIDIA GEFORCE6150 LE graphics already.

You video card seems ok. How much RAM do you have now? 1GB would probably be better than a video card upgrade right now.

512 MB ram right now. when i go to the store to buy more i should look for

PC2-4200, right? its the number of my ram.

I got the HP SR2020NX machine.

I googled SR2020NX and I cam up with Compaq machines, no HP, which is what I assume you meant. I'm not sure what motherboard is in your machine, but PC4200 is relitively slow for DDR2. If you can find out what the maximum RAM speed your mobo supports is, go with that.
