new video card replacing a onboard card

Hey i'm looking for a new video card to replace my onbard video card... It will have to play AA and cs:s. I'd like to have it be able to play medium-high settings on both. Heres what i was looking at this-http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814145087
My friend got this card and is able to play both without lagg but i'm not sure what settings, if anyone can tell me what settings this can play at on both that would be great.My budget is $90. Thanks in advance

yeah my friend has a 9800...Hes got everything on high settings and i'm condisering it more now...Thanks for the help

Depending on which 9800SE we talking about it not much better then a 9600XT. Normle 9800 are much better then the 9600Xt with out a doubt. Unfortunally the 9800SE alot of time has only a 128-bit memory interface and only 4 pixel pipelines.

A normle 9800 has 256-bit memory interface and 8 pixel pipelines.

If I was you I would choose either the 9600XT or the 9800PRO. The 9800Pro being the much better one.
