New Video card

I have a Dell dimension E521 and I would like to buy a new video card for it. The card in it now is a Radeon X1300 Pro 256 mb.
At the moment the CPU only has 1024 DDR2 ram but I will upgrade to 4000 DDR2 within a weeks time.

Could anyone recommend a descent card for me?
 
1) I'm pretty sure your mobo doesn't support even close to 4GB.

2) That stocker PSU would just die if you tried to upgrade anything.

PCI-E x16? PCI? AGP? Onboard?
