New Video Card

I have a 9550 256meg with a fan that I used to use. I think I had it on a 300 watt p/s. Ran BF2 at low details
 
dell special makes just about everything they put in their pc's...they do this so that when you go to upgrade you can't unless you buy the parts from dell because nothing else will fit in their cases
 
Ok, I thought about it and if you guys are 100% sure that my PSU will run the 9600PRO 256MB 128bit version, I'm going to go that route. So yes or no will it run on my PSU?
