What is the best PCIe video card (nVidia) that is $150 or less?

$200 or less?

Something along the lines of a nVidia 7900GS would be your best bet.

Take a look here, Its sorted by nVidia cards less than $200 that are PCI-E - Highest price first.

7900GS si a good choice for 200$, take the Gigabyte which is overclocked

The best card for about 150$ is the 7600GT. You can't wait for DX10?
