New window opens on double clicking each drive

Guys...this is my 2nd post in this forum.2 days back,i caught a trojan (i think it's a trojan) from a pen drive.I generally scan the pen drives with Norton and AVG anti spyware before opening. But, they didn't display any caution message. So, i copied data from the pen drive.
Now the problem is that....every time i try to open a local partition of the hard drive by double clicking....it automatically opens a new window. However,if i open it from the address bar then it opens in the same window.
So, i downloaded a third party folder viewer and when i opened the drives...i found 3 hidden files.....autorun.inf,a .bat file and a .exe file(it's name starts with yb8--- , don't remember the name exactly). Also the hidden folders are not shown when you enable the unhide option from folder...options.
The comp seems to have become a little slow too.
Suggest some way out...guyz.
Thanks in advance for your help.

OK, do the following and we can help you remove the virus.

If after that you are still infected, please post a Hijackthis log. To post a Hijackthis log, please do the following:

* Save HJTsetup.exe to your desktop.
* Double click on the HJTsetup.exe icon on your desktop.
* By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Hijack This.
* Continue to click Next in the setup dialogue boxes until you get to the Select Additional Tasks dialogue.
* Put a check by Create a desktop icon then click Next again.
* Continue to follow the rest of the prompts from there.
* At the final dialogue box click Finish and it will launch Hijack This.
* Click on the Do a system scan and save a log file button. It will scan and then ask you to save the log.
* Click Save to save the log file and then the log will open in notepad.
* Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
* DO NOT have Hijack This fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

We will look at your log as soon as we see it, and give you further instructions on how to fix your computer. Most of the time it will involve downloading more programs that will either give us logs to locate the malware or delete those malware.

Once you have posted a HJT Thread DO NOT make any changes to your PC unless the advisor helping you has instructed you to do so!

1. Delete the autorun.inf files from the hdds, or use the "Open" command from the right click menu to open a hard drive. See if that fixes.
Disable "Hide protected system files" from folder options and see if these files appear.
2. Go to folder options (the General tab) and select the "Open each folder in the same window" option... if not already checked.

Give us a log of what happened, if any of this worked.
