I'm tempted to be a smart ass here, but I won't.
The best way to see if a computer is good for you is to ask a more expereince person i.e. a computer tech like myself.
What are the specs of the computer your using and what do you want to use it for?
You can find the CPU and RAM by Clicking Start>Right clicking My Computer>Select properties. It will be listed in the bottom right of the dialog box that pops up under computer.
