new xbox 720

I doubt it. Its XBOX so why would they make it in the shape of a ball? Would ironic be the right word?
 
They should have just called the current console Xbox-2. The "360" really didn't make any sense. I guess they were trying to be different.
 
i heard there not even gonna release there next system till 2011-2012 so i doubt they really have model for it yet
 
They made it 360 because in marketing terms, calling it the Xbox 2 would have been bad. It would imply that the Playstation 3 is better than the Xbox 2 so they decided to go with something that wouldn't make it seem inferior. Nintendo doesn't have this problem because every new console has a completely different name.
 
Well, since we're discussing the next generation Xbox, what kind of features would you like it to have? Here's what I would like:
- MP3 upload to hard drive
- 2040p HD resolution
- Built in hard drive of atleast 60GB or so.

Better cooling and no more FAILS like most of them do:D
 
- Better Cooling
- Builtin Wifi
- USB connectable wireless controllers (like PS3)
- Dual TV outputs (split-screen fails)
- full 1080p rendering, not that 720p upscaling BS that most games have
- Better anti-aliasing
- Halo 4
 
Good ones gamerman especially the built in wifi, I mean cmon even the Wii has it. I wouldn't mind a blu-ray drive if they can muster it in a few years(although I realize that's a stretch)
