Newb Overclocking can u help?

Hi, my system is listed below and i would like to know what do to oc my 4600x2 from 2.4 to 2.6 ghz

1- What cooling system would be best? I have the original heatsink. Do i need termal paste?

2- Is my PSU good enough?

3- Do i need to upgrade the BIOS?

P.S. Im oc my geforce 6800gt using smartdoctor. Im oc the core from 350 MHZ to 400 and the memory from 1000MHZ to 1050.

#1- If your only overclocking 200Mhz, your current one will be fine. Also, yes you need thermal paste, but I'm sure you already have it on you HSF and CPU.

#2- Your PSU should be fine.

#3- Nope.

Not to bad of an overclock on the graphics card. I would raise the core higher though.
