Newbie and Confused!!

Hi guys!! I am planning to buy a new digital camera but cant decide which one to go for.. I want to use it for wildlife photography..I am thinking of buying either Canon powershot S5 or G9..I read some useful reviews here but was unable to decide. http://www.checkcost.co.uk/digital-cameras/c/4368/mid/68/
How about Canon Ixus 70 or 80? I am totally confused. Please help!!

Between the two Canons, I'll get the S5 if you're planning on taking pictures of wildlife. It has a better zoom.

Canon Ixus 70 or 80 are two good compact Digital cameras. They have a 3x optical zoom (The Canon S5 has a 12x zoom), and lower MegaPixels. If you plan on not buying an expansive camera, the two IXUS are a good choice.

What is your price range? Maybe we can find something better.
