Newbie Need Help. About Chipsets And Processor

Hi, My name is Kwan, and i m living in Malaysia. I m planning to buy a new pc
, but i was confused by the 865P, 865PE.......etc.
System Planning to have: 1. P4 2.4Ghz (533Mhz FSB, 1024k L2 Cache, S478)
2. Dual Channel DDR-333 Ram (2x512)
3. GeForce Fx5200 128Mb AGP 8x

If i bought a motherboard with 865PE chipsets, can i use it with my
P4 2.4Ghz processor? Because I had go through the intel website, about processor, and it says P4 2.4Ghz with 533mhz fsb only suitable to (865P, 845GV, 845v.....etc) chipsets.

Can anyone recommand me A motherboard with Dual-Channel DDR-333/400

Yes the 533Bus P4s can be run on the 865PE. I'd suggest the P4P800(-E if you like) for the motherboard
 
Hmm.....there are 3 kinds of model for P4P800, they are P4P800-X, P4P800-E,
and P4P800-SE. But i can't find any major differences between them?

-X is the budget model
-E is the premium model
-SE is the in the middle model
 
Yah theres not a big difference, the -X doesn't have the Wi-Fi slot, the other 2 do. The -E and SE have a RAID controller but the -E has an additional RAID for ATA133 drives.
