Newbie need help.

I'm gathering stuff for a new comp. Can you guyz confirm the following combo works:

CPU: AMD Sempron 64 2800+ Palermo 800MHz FSB Socket 754 Processor Model SDA2800BXBOX <http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819104245>)
The mobo accepts Semprons, but I can't find Sempron that fit 939-mobo. This board has a lot of room for expanding. I email Newegg yesterday but got no answer. Help me pleaz. Tia.

Ok, I look a little deeper and there's is a Jetway that has both sockets, but I'm not conformtable with the reviews. Guess I'm going back to the drawing board. Thks for your help.

i know it cost more but it will be worth it and then u can oc the cpu
