Newbie needs help installing Mandriva

ok I want to install linux mandriva free spring 2007 on my hp notebook, I have the bittorrent downloaded already, I am looking for someone who can give me a list of step by step instructions so I can install it

or at least give me a good link

I am not planning on running a dual boat system, I just want linux (I've had enough of vista)

may want to wait. vista sp1 is due soon (the beta)
