yeah the amd 64 3000 venice core is 143 dollars and the 2800 newcastle is 120..however I don't have any extra money lying around so i'll go with the cheaper one.

the core is not the only differnece between those chips, their PR value is difference, so it's not really a fair comparison of cross core prices
