Newegg Newsletter Troubles

I have gone into the email center thing multiple times but no matter what they won't send me the newsletters or shellshockers, randomly a week or 2 ago the daily letter was in my junk for no reason, now all of a sudden i don't get anything from them no matter what i do, will try a new account tomarrow but i think i did when i saw the 10 off first purchase with new account which was after this started and got the letter saying i subscribed but then nothing, same is happening with tiger direct but never got anything from them and signed up after this started and same with regestration email then nothing, this is on hotmail.

i'm having alot of computer issues lately

I had a similar problem with a newsletter from allrecipes.com. It just stopped appearing in the gmail account I used when I subscribed to it. I changed the email account to another gmail account and the newsletters started appearing again.

Have you tried another email for those newsletters yet?
