Newegg FTW. Tiger used to be good, however they built a building or something in Texas so they now charge me tax.
So screw them.....
I save hundreds when I do my builds by going to newegg.
To tell you the truth there's a local place called directron that I can drive too. I usually weigh out price's between newegg and them to see if its worth waiting for or picking up that day. They had Antec 900's for $80 awhile back
There arn't very many pc places to visit in Connecticut that are worth visiting...theres like one honest company ive gone to in norwalk but thats about it.
I like TigerDirect only because I live not too far from the warehouse and so whenever I need something, I just drive there and pick-up my hardware. Newegg is great too but what sucks is that they do not have a retail store.
I use both, if I want it fast, I'll order from Tiger and most likely get it next day or the day after, or if Tiger doesn't have it, I'll order from Newegg.
I use newegg (I think I accidentally voted TD in the poll sorry) but I don't hesitate to use TD if its cheaper. Both work fine, just as far as browsing parts go, I find neweggs interface much better.
I like Egg better, but who ever is cheaper is where I order from. Zipzoomfly and Mwave is not bad either. Zipzoomfly has been having free shipping on about everything.
the only things i have ordered are in my sig. got em from tigerdirect and the shipping and customer service was great. better than any company i have bought car parts from.
Newegg 99% of the time as they are usually cheaper, and you dont get spam from them(have an email i use only for td), but if tiger/compusa is cheaper then i order from them. I do all my part searching on newegg though.
Son of a gun a completely forgot about that site...
Well I guess I go for which ever has the better deal. Seems to be the general consensus around here.
