NewEgg's Black Friday Deal Monitor Advice Please

I want to upgrade my monitor from my current 17" to 22" up to possibly 24"; this will be for gaming as well as the standard Office work and research, and online work research and surfing. My system is used for both personal and professional. Monitors are not my strength when it comes to knowledge base.

I would like your opinion on the following as possibilities. With NewEggs's Black Friday specials I want to take advantage because they end 11/29. If you have any other solid selections it will be most appreciated but please as much as I would like a 24" or 25" model that costs over $300 the budget just isn't there.
