OK guys, I just got home with all my new componets. This is what I ended up with

Corsair 500R
Asrock Z77 4 Extreme
i5 3570K
CM 212
Corsair Vengeance 8GB
1 TB WD Black 6GB 64MB Cache
128 GB Samsung 830 SSD
EVGA GTX 670 <~~~~ Just realized I wanted the FTW edition and got the standard edition, urgh oh well........
Samsung DVD
Seasonic Modular 520
Window 7 Home Premium

Now I need 2 more 120MM fans for the Top of the case.
 
Well here is my update, I'm now thinking of going back tomorrow and changing out the EVGA with a Gigabyte GTX670 windforce, I was told it's easier to clean and runs cooler then the reference models. Also having second thoughts on the Asrock, thinking of going back to exchange for the gigabyte ud3 or 5. And Finally going to take back the 212 and get the corsair H100 for the cpu cooler and it should fit on top of this case. What do you guys think, other than I'm crazy..... Urghhhhhhh
 
i've worked with gigabyte , good board, no problems so far, if u go to gigabyte make sure the ram u have will work(it shud)

I normally would, but when I added up my system it comes out to around 400watts total. A seasonic 520 should be more than enough. When I was reading about psu, they said this psu was more like some low budget 600-650 watt psu.
