When I reopen a message in newsgroups it opens much faster the second time . This must be because the message, or the directions to it, are stored in my computer. I had assumed this storage location to be temporary internet files but not so, I delete all temp. internet files, and cookies, but the message still opens faster than messages I've not opened before. My question is where is this information located?

Look in Documents & Settings>username>Local Settings>Application Data>Appname. Be sure that you have "display hidden folders enabled".
