Next M'Board for general home PC use?

Hello everyone,

I've built my own home PCs for years. My general usage is MS Office apps, browsing, ripping DVD / Blu-Ray movies, streaming a PLEX library of movies and music, data archiving of digitized personal files, books, etc, website design and maintenance and photo editing.

My Windows 10 build on a "old" MSI Z77a-g41 (LGA1155) seems to be on its last legs -- USB issues at boot, wireless keyboard and external HD connectivity.

For my usage, what ATX size M'Board and CPU with substantial SATA storage options would you recommend?
