Next Steps after build

Just completed my first build (thanks to all of you for your help!:D). After going through what I think is enough with the BIOS, I'm ready for the next step. Now, when I turn the computer on, I get the following:

Verifying DMI Pool Data.....
Boot from CD
Disk Boot Failure, Insert System Disk and Press Enter

Is this where I begin the installation of Win 7? Or do I try to load the respective drivers from the GPU, Display, etc?

THansk again for your support

Correct. Install the OS at this point. Then, once the OS is installed, you can begin installing the component drivers.

Congrats on the new build!

Thanks, not sure which one you're suggesting. I currently am using a wireless router, but use a cable for my desktop (soon to be old one) and use the wireless on the laptops. Ifigured I may as well go wireless with this new desktop that I just built. Assuming money is no option (within reason) what would you recommend and is it easy to install?

Again thanks for all your help.
