Hi all! I have a question about ram compatibility for a computer I had a friend build me about 4 years ago. The motherboard is a NF7-S and has 3 slots for ram. I currently am using 2 sticks of 512, but was wondering if I can put 3 1gb sticks in it. If so, what specific ram should I look for? Will all I have to do is put the ram in and I'm set? Or will I need to mess around with the cmos settings? I am not very computer savvy and would really appreciate any help! Thanks

As far as I can remember the nforce2 chipset could run 3gb. at 166/333mhz with 3, 1gb. sticks. But could only read 2gbs. at 200/400mhz with 2, 1gb. sticks.
