Hi there. So basically, every time I play Need for Speed Rivals, the game crashes on me. I called EA and they told me to make sure my antivirus programs and firewall allow the game to access the internet. I did so, and it still crashes. This problem is not under any of the FAQ's or troubleshooting on the game's website. A message pops up when it crashes saying that there is some problem with directx. It usually runs for about half an hour before crashing. Any ideas? Thanks.
