I think the system looks pretty good. You could ge RAM with tighter timings though. *EDIT

Not sure about that GPU. You might want to look for a different one. I've never heard of the 6800gto.

well obviously you didn't google CAS lat 2 ram have very tight timings..are there tighter one's for DDR400?

Not just CAS. The Corsair RAM is 2-3-3-6. He could get 2-2-2-5 EL PLatinum Rev. 2 RAM. That's what I'm saying. Although he probably wouldn't notice it most of the time.

But what motherboards will allow a CAS of 1.5? If there are ones, they are few and far between, probably not main-stream I would assume.

I an't say I like Foxconn as a brand, but the actual specs of the board look fine. I ould jsut go with another brand, because I am biased about DFI, Abit, Asus, etc. lol
