whats the easiest way 2 install Windows, if you dont have a CD-ROM (Solo dont got 1)? should i just buy a external CD-ROM?

Not sure because I never did it, but if your BIOS supports the "Boot From Network Feature" It'll say it when booting, "Press Fxx To Boot From Network", or it'll be in the boot order configuration, then you just have to properly set up another network location with the neccisary boot configuration as per specified by Microsoft, and you should be able to perform a "Network Install", so long as your hardware is supported.

i dont know if my BIOS supports Boot From Network Feature, do i go into the BIOS, and see if that options in there?

If your installing windows 98 or below you can use floppys :P and If you buy a new CD rom drive, i would highly suggest a internal instead of external.

What about all of your spare parts? And why would you get external over internal. I don't even know if you can install from an external. My mobo does because I have USB BIOS support, many, and even more older ones don't support USB at boot time.
