no disk??

I built the rig in my signature and loaded xp. Starting a few weeks ago every time I boot I get "No disk in drive" try again, cancel or exit. If i exit it quickly pops up again and then I delete it again. Also some times when I shut down I get a "could not shut reading mem. 0000056 error, (or something similar to that) What is going on ? xp seems to be running fine other than this.

windows disk

update, it says" no windows disk in drive" try again, cancel or something else. what is this ? i click on the x to close the box and it reappears again right away, i have to click 3 or 4 times to get rid of it.
