No display on monitor/POST check beeps.

Sorry bout that I do have a MSI graphics card, I forgot to put it in.

I assume it worked after that?

Nope, I put it in, replaced the PSU and the Motherboard, and breadboarded everything. I even tried plugging in the latest BIOS.
It says no signal on the monitor and no POST beep. Only thing left to replace is the CPU, or is there something I am missing?

If you placed the BIOS image on a USB stick and connected it, that is not going to update the BIOS unless you are able to run the updating utility (which you cannot access if your system doesn't pass the POST).
