No display on monitor

I received a PC today and I am having problems with the display. I have plugged VGA and HDMI cables into the ports and tried to get a display on 2 different monitors via VGA and a TV with both VGA and HDMI however nothing displays.

With the PC a notice came saying that the top port is disabled by the integrated graphics card and will not send any signal to the monitor.

Do you think the graphics card is faulty?

Is there a way to turn the integrated card back on so I can check the devices in windows?

The graphics card is a GeForce GT630

Remove the Gt630 and hook up directly to the onboard video to make sure the onboard video works. If it does, go into the bios and change primary video adapter to dedicated card first, then shut system down, reinsert gt630 and see if it works.

Did you remove the dedicated card? If its still in the system, then it does stop the onboard video from working, you must remove the dedicated card.
