I can't get sound on DVDs when I put them in my new DVD drive. I checked the volume control, updated the firmware, tried different DVD playing programs, went and bought an MPC II audio cord to plug into the back of the DVD drive and into the sound card and nothing seems to work.
What could be the problem? I have a Sony DRU-800A DVD-RW drive.
