No graphic card found on laptop?

This is for my girlfriends laptop. They reinstalled Windows XP over a year ago and now she cant find the graphics card. The laptop is a Dell Inspiron e1505 with an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 in it. Under Device Manager there is no spot for Display Adapter which I find kinda strange. So my question is where did it go? There should be a graphics card in there so what happened after they reinstalled Windows? Went to the Intel website to download latest drivers and that didnt work...almost like it didnt find any graphics card in there. Im in Colorado and shes in California so im trying to help over the phone and shes not very good with tech stuff so please any help would be appreciated. Thanks for looking.

You can use teamviewer to connect to her laptop from where you are. Install it on both computers and the rest is pretty straight forward. Then you will have control from your computer, of hers, then on her computer:

Download PC Wizard and install it on the laptop. Run it and go to FILE, SAVE AS and click OK. Save the text file and copy its contents into this thread.

hello johnb35 and thank you so much for your help...you were correct. It had ATI and is working fine. Thanks again. And thank you also bigfellla for the teamviewer suggestion ...we used it and and it worked great. Thanks again to both of you.
