"No HP products detected"

But an HP 4370 scanner is! It will load the basic scanner software but not the solution center, if I try to load it it says what the title says... Help?

Your trying to install a scanner right?

Go to this website and download the software and install it from your hard drive

Been there. I just uninstalled the basic driver and the photo one, it detects it now, and Windows automatically installed the Microsoft drivrs... am current re-installing the 2nd driver one...

Sorry if I was rude

Well I have tried:

Switching the USB cords - it did work
Making sure USB ports work - they do
Everything was connected securely - they were
uninstalled and reinstalled drivers - didnt work.

... Now Windows loads up the Scanner menu, which means its detected, but HP wont detect it >(
