I have finished building my computer, but when I power it up there is a tiny red LED on the graphics card (ASUS Radeon 6970 2GB) an inch from the power connectors. Also my monitor receives no input signal.
I put a different video card in (5770) which had three green LEDs, but still no signal. I also tried a different monitor to no avail.
I unplugged the power connectors from everything except the motherboard, CPU and GPU and still no signal.
Am I to believe that the graphics card or possibly even the motherboard has failed?
The motherboard is a Gigabyte P67A-UD4-B3 and the PSU is a Corsair HX-650.
