No Monitor Signal

I turned my computer on yesterday and there was on monitor
signal.Everything seemed to start up fine in the tower.I don't have
anyway of checking or changing the video card to see if it's that or
trying another monitor.I read that it could be the power supply so I
put another one in same result.Today I opened the case up after it had
been running a while and touched the heat sink for the processor and
it is cold when it usually was hot.Could this be mean that the
processor is no more good and is causing the problem? Also I can't hear any beep codes as for I don't have any sound for that.Any suggestions
will be appreciated.

Does it sound or the hdd/cpu lights look like its booting all the way up just without the monitor?
You did check your vga connection to the video card? is it PCIe or onboard video?

I don't have sound or lights on this case and I have a checked the connections and reseated video card (Radeon 9200 AGP)I changed power supply and tried the Ram sticks in different slots.I also tested montor on another PC and it worked just fine. Not sure what to do next.

Do you have another computer with an AGP slot you could test the video card with? could you tell if the video card had been acting up before? the vid card could be toast...it could be the motherboard too. But try the simple things first

I do not have another PC anymore and the motherboard don't have a monitor plug in on it so I can't try it on that.Every once in a while when i would boot the PC the light on the monitor would go green then would yellow seconds later leaving a black screen.....then I would reboot and it would be ok.With all this going on should the processor be warm like it usually is or not heat up at all like it's doing now?cause I leave the PC running for a while and touch the heat sink and its cold as can be.
