No Power

I have an old HP pavilion ZE 4800 and the laptop will not turn on. The power source checks good and I checked the power button for continuity and thats also good. Is there a fuse somewhere inside that I could check or is there any other suggestions.

How did you check the powersupply?

I checked the power at the plug. 18.5 vdc
