No Primary Hard Drive ??

Went into my Bios last night and saw that neither of my 2 hard drives were set as primary, in fact they were both listed as 'third'. Thought that was wierd and so I better ask the gurus in here what the deal is?? I did add the 2nd hard drive myself a few months ago so that must be part of the problem. My computer is working fine, however, so i'd hate to fix something that's not broken. Thanks.

yip, if it aint broke dont try to fix it.

Often the drives are set in the bios as "cable Select", this might be what its referring too. Basically means that when it boots up the computer detects which drive is plugged into which part of the cable and decides from there which one must be the primary
