No sound

I have a new Foxconn 650M02-G-6L. I have jumpers on pins 5-6 and 9-10 on the audio header (or whatever you want to call it). When I go to the hardware manager in XP, i see audio codecs and all installed. I can get a screenshot of it later if you need it. Problem is, I don't see any audio device. I have installed the drivers repeatedly. When I go to the sounds and audio control box from the control panel, is says there is no audio device present.
What can possibly be going on here? I don't have the time to work on it, but I need it fixed soon, as it is for a client who is going to pick it up on thursday.

It's odd, I know its all PNP. Even if I didn't have the drivers, it would show up in the hardware monitor that there is an audio device that needs drivers installed....
Anyways, any idea what that superutility is for? Since this isnt for my own personal use, I'm trying to keep the machine as free from useless stuff as possible. I'm thinking about trying that, see if it has something similar to my MSI Live Update software, that automatically downloads the correct drivers for everything I have.
I'm going to go work on it for a bit, see what I can come up with. I may just end up installing a new sound card.

Figured it out. Stupid me had enabled it in the bios, but J22 was set for CNR audio. Evidentally that was the cause, as now my sound works.
Thanks for all your help, guys.
