nod32 - blocked website - how to delete?

Hi,
I get a popup every couple of minutes from eset nod32 the site :
tordemon.cc... has been blocked.
my Q is why is it trying to load anyway? what makes it load? how can I delete this for good?
 
Torrents = One of the fastest ways to get your computer infected.

Nod is blocking it because its a torrent service and they can be a magnet for infections.
