Noisy 400watt psu

Hi,

Ive had a new Graphics card and so i needed a powerfuller Psu.

Ive now got a 400W psu and its realy noisy.
I cant believe how noisy it actualy is.

Could this be a sighn that the fan in the Psu is faulty or something?

I also noticed that the new Psu the technition put it hasnt got a name on it anywhere :D I think its a cheapo one:mad:
 
You probably got a generic POS powersupply with a crappy fan. I would suggest that you get a good name branded one.
