nokia lumia 820 handset only

can anyone advise if i get the nokia lumia 820 hanset only (unlocked) can i pop in my 3 uk sim card and will i get 4g speeds as its a 4g phone and i know 3 offer ultrafast speeds now?

Also looking at the specs the display res is 480 x 800 pixels, (~217 ppi pixel density) and I'm just wondering if anyone has one isn't that res bait rubbish this day and age?

It has been forever since I lived in Europe (didn't have smart phones then) but isn't the sim card just to get you connected to the provider then your data speed depend on the phone?

the only network atm in the UK to offer 4g is EE and if your an existing customer ie orange or tmobile you have got to upgrade to EE to benefit the new speed not only that they cap you aswel to i think 15gb a month which you will use that in no time especially when its ment to be broadband speed ie if you stream vids

Luckily im with THREE and there getting 4g later this year but meanwhile they have upgraded all thier masts to 3.9g so should see a difference
