That looks really neat. In a way, I'd love to have one, and in a way I'd rather have something else. Take some PocketPC for example... You can get ones with built in cell phones and what not(NOT a SmartPhone) You might not have all the features, but you will have the ability to install a much more wide variety of software. So really it's your choice... Do you want a more "specialized" unit, or something that's much more versatile...

To be honest all i want to be able to do is surf the web, listen to music and read my mail on the go.

No games? Most average PDA's can play Quake 1 and 2 and quite a few other decent games 
Haha, but yeah, if that's all you, it'd probably be just fine. Actually much better optimized than a PPC, but again, without all the functionality.

im not sure what games will run on it though, simple ones i would of thought.

you gotta be kidding me thats sweet i think when i get a new phone it will be an all purpose pda with the best ability to play older games like quake, anything you would recommend for games?

It depends on what device you get. If you have an actual 3D accelerator, I hear the newer PDAs(like the Axim x51v) will play Quake 3! Now you might have to get a compactflash cell-phone card for a device that powerful, but it's an option 
Um, but on mine I have Quake, I've seen Duke Nukem 3D, but it's buggy. Um, Racing Days is a nice 3D racer. There's a nice 3D space shooter, starts with an A(I can't recall it's name!) I also once had a really nice 3D game on my X5. You basically only sat in the center point and could rotate around shooting the creatures coming at you. Really nice graphics... But can't recall the name!

For games as big as Quake 3 i would rather play them on the PC or my Xbox.
