Noob OC question regarding PSU

Is a power hungry PSU required to Overclock? Would a 550W Rosewill Turbo be enough to overclock a little?
 
It's not necessarily that you need a beefy PSU to handle an overclock, but more so a quality PSU with stable voltages and currents. Cheap ones tend to fluctuate more and may cause stability problems.

And no one can say if that would be sufficient since we dont know what computer you are using it with.
