Noob Question... How do you control the programs that load on startup in the tray?

I have some programs that automatically load on startup in the system tray and are really annoying to close every time my computer starts...

how do i control that?
 
Go into "Run"

Then type...

"Msconfig" the Startup and uncheck the programs you dont want tostart with windows :)

Or look in

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Run

in regedit, delete any keys you don't want to run, or simply change the value to 0
