Hi i am a noob I am wondering what version is the macromedia player that is automaticaly installed on windows xp pro when you install windows on your computer.

If your talking about Flash/Shockwave, really depends on how old or new the copy of XP is. You can update it to the lastest version regardless.

its about a year old its windows xp professional and im talking about adobe flash.

Like said, it doesnt really matter, just update it to the lastest version.

If you go to Tools- Manage Add-ons in IE it will tell what version is installed.
